We have two primary products for clients, the call center solutions and Dealer / service center offering (iMoxy Drive).
Call Center application:
We launched the call center solution ten years ago (which we don’t have a product name for and Ill come back to that). The call center is serviced by administrators that provide the product,
Agents for those administrators and the finance companies that provide the payment plan options for the VSC. With that said the call enter owners are the primary target.
However we must market to the Administrators, Agents and Finance companies because we want them to recommend/ push our solutions to the call center. So while I believe the owners of the call centers are primary targets, the vendors of the call center play a key role in our success in the market.
