JJ is responsible for overseeing the company’s operational strategy, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and excellence across all departments, including sales, customer service, development, and product management within the Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) and Home Warranty industry. This role combines high-level strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight to drive growth, streamline processes, and maintain client satisfaction.

As a partner in the business, his position contributes to long-term company strategy, manages key operational initiatives, and works closely with executive leadership to align resources, technology, and personnel with organizational goals. He ensures that the CRM platform and associated services meet the evolving needs of dealers, administrators, and agents, while optimizing internal workflows, compliance, and performance metrics.

JJ brings extensive operational leadership experience, a deep understanding of CRM and VSC industry processes, and strong problem-solving and people-management skills. This role is central to scaling the business, improving operational efficiency, and delivering a consistent, high-quality experience to clients nationwide.

Richard Fornario
Partner, VP of Development

Richard is responsible for leading the software development strategy and execution for the company’s CRM platform in the Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) and Home Warranty industry. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of development teams, ensuring that software solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

As a partner in the business, this position contributes to long-term technology strategy, manages the development roadmap, and oversees all aspects of application architecture, coding standards, and system integrations. He ensures that the CRM platform meets the evolving needs of dealers, administrators, and agents, while driving innovation, operational efficiency, and high-quality user experiences.

Rich brings extensive experience in software development leadership, a strong understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. His role is critical for ensuring the company’s technology infrastructure supports growth, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Sales and Quality Assurance

Katie Hopwood
National Account Executive 

Katie is responsible for developing and managing relationships with key dealer groups, administrators, and agents within the Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) and Home Warranty industry. Her role focuses on expanding market presence, driving new business, and ensuring client success through the adoption and effective use of the company’s CRM platform.

Katie works closely with clients to understand their operational workflows — including contract administration, claims management, and customer retention — and tailors CRM solutions to meet those needs. Her position requires a strong understanding of the VSC ecosystem, from F&I operations to administrator processes, as well as the ability to communicate the value of technology-driven efficiency and reporting tools.

Acting as both a consultant and a sales strategist, she partners with internal teams in product, implementation, and support to ensure a seamless client experience and long-term account growth.

Jared Henninge
Lead QA Specialist

Jared is responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes across the company’s CRM platform and related applications serving the Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) industry. This role ensures that all software releases, integrations, and system updates meet performance, accuracy, and reliability standards before deployment.

Jared designs and manages testing strategies, coordinates with development and product teams.

Cindy oversees daily operations, manages performance metrics, and develops strategies to enhance responsiveness, satisfaction, and retention. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams, she ensures that customer feedback drives product innovation and that service standards align with our company goals and industry expectations.

Octavio Albuquerque
Customer Service Representative

Octavio provides front-line support to dealers, administrators, agents, and customers using Moxy. He is focused on delivering an excellent customer experiences through timely responses, accurate information, and effective problem resolution.

Responsibilities include assisting users with contract inquiries, system navigation, form submissions, and troubleshooting basic technical issues. He ensures all interactions are documented in the CRM, follows established workflows, and collaborates with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.

Octavio is patient, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about our processes such as policy activation, cancellations, and claims coordination. This position plays a vital role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the overall success of the CRM platform and its partners.
